I want to venture into small scale real estate development.  

2012 feels like a good year for that, since all of 2011 I was contemplating how to best utilize my specific skills and talents in design but in a broader and bigger context. I kicked around the idea of going to Law School with my family, after a few conversations we realized it was not a good fit for me.

So, under utilized space, and capital improvements, here I come!
